Generic Facilitation Tools

Generic Facilitation Tools are tools that can be used in many different content contexts.  The tool has no particular content other than what the facilitator chooses.  These tools are great to have handy in our toolbox to bring out when an opportunity develops in a group requiring what we call “emergent design.”  That’s when without warning you as a leader have the occasion to lead a group process or educational event.  These are wonderfully flexible tools to use for multiple purposes.
